Duties and responsibilities: A medical illustrator is a professional artist with advanced education in both the life sciences and visual communication. Collaborating with scientists, physicians, and other specialists, medical illustrators transform complex information into visual images that have the potential to communicate to broad audiences.
Salary: $62,000; The median salary for a medical illustrator or medical animator is $62,000 and can range up to $100,000. Those in supervisory and creative director positions earn a median of $85,000 and up to $175,000 (2013 AMI survey data). About 46% of salaried illustrators supplement their income with freelance work.
Education: The majority of medical illustrators in the profession have a master's degree from an accredited two-year graduate program in medical illustration. There are currently four programs in North America that are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). Each program accepts 20 or fewer students each year, so entrance into the schools is very competitive.

It is available to a wide range of environmental health professionals.  Individuals holding the REHS/RS credential show competency in environmental health issues, direct and train personnel to respond to routine or emergency environmental situations, and frequently provide education to their communities on environmental health concerns.

Reflection: I have actually never heard of this and it actually kind of interests me. it doesn’t take that long of school years and doesn’t get paid to little. I am actually going to consider this.

Duties and responsibilities: Examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the human skin. Prescribes and administers patient medications. Performs a variety of laboratory procedures, examines sample tissues, and uses various biological and chemical analyses to identify harmful organisms or pathological conditions. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
Salary: Dermatology is one of the highest paid medical specialties. A 2012 Medscape poll reports that the median income for dermatologists in the United States is $283,000, with a range of $100,000 to $500,000.
Education: Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice. May require at least 2-4 years of dermatology experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May report to a medical director. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
