Attitude

Attitude
A settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior.
“A bad attitude is like a flat tire, if you don’t change it then you’ll never get anywhere” by: inspiration boost
I agree with this quote 100% because it’s so true. If you have a negative attitude toward anything, who’s going to like you? Or who’s going to listen to you? Communication is key and if you don’t own it then you have to start getting used to not going anywhere in life.

Personal development

Personal development
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” – Viktor E Frankl – Man’s Search for Meaning

“Life is never incomplete if it is an honorable one. At whatever point you leave life, if you leave it in the right way, it is whole.” – Seneca – Stoic Philosophy of Seneca
“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.” – Eckhart Tolle – A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose
All of these personal development quotes relate to a self-changing manner. They are all about feeling at peace with their actions and self-liability. This relates to my life planning book in a way, they goals set goals to feel good about them and have something to thrive for.

Assertiveness

Assertiveness
Assertiveness is the quality of being self-assured and confident without being aggressive. In the field of psychology and psychotherapy, it is a learnable skill and mode of communication.
“We despise and abhor the bully, the brawler, the oppressor, whether in private or public life, but we despise no less the coward and the voluptuary. No man is worth calling a man who will not fight rather than submit to infamy or see those that are dear to him suffer wrong.”
Theodore Roosevelt
Assertiveness is the positive form of aggressiveness. When we are assertive, we have the strength to resist negative or hurtful influences. We think for ourselves, ask for what we need, and speak up to protect ourselves and others.

attribute

Attribute
Attribute a quality or feature regarded as a characteristic or inherent part of someone or something.
Women attribute their success to working hard, luck, and help from other people. Men will attribute that - whatever success they have, that same success - to their own core skills.
Reflection: to attribute I giving something to put on the table. Just like I attribute my knowledge I get to class or how I attribute money every time I go to church
