CHINESE (ORIENTAL) MEDICINE

CHINESE (ORIENTAL) MEDICINE
Duties and responsibilities: use forms of acupuncture and treatment through the Chinese concept of “qi,” which means energy. It treats a variety of ailments including headaches, back pain, arthritis, or other illnesses by identifying patterns of imbalance within a body’s energy levels and working to readjust fluids or tissues in order to keep the body in balance and relieve pain.
Salary: $61,000
Education: Bachelor’s degree and certification

Reflection: I would not want to be in CHINESE (ORIENTAL) MEDICINE because it still has something to do with needles and strong smells I most likely will not like because I have a sensitive nose.

Acupuncture

                      Acupuncture
Duties and Responsibilities: The major duties of an acupuncturist deals with handling all the needles concerns in any area of the body, suggesting the best treatment
Salary: $37,642 to $161,034
Education: This type of alternative medicine requires in-depth study of the human body and the physiological effects of the treatment on the body, so many students seeking enrollment into an acupuncture program have a background in medicine, biology, psychology or neurobiology. Applicants to acupuncture programs should have an undergraduate degree; an associate's degree is common, because a bachelor's degree in acupuncture is not typically available.

reflection: I would not like to be one because already as it is im scared of needles so I would always fear ill either sink the needle too much or mess up in a way that I can kill a man. the sallary is pretty good but the ideal of being one being in that situations scares me so much
