Responsibilities and
duties: There are regular
procedures performed by an electrocardiograph technician on a daily basis when
running an ECG. The ECG tech must know how to insert and remove catheters and
know how to operate ultrasound equipment. The ECG tech attaches 3 to 12
electrodes to a patient’s chest, arms and legs and begins the test.
Salary: annual salary is about $34, 385
Education: Requires a high school diploma and is a graduate of an accredited
EKG program. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within
a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals.

Reflection: I wouldn’t mind being this, but preferably would like to work with
the knives. It’s all a big responsibility because it separates and leaves you
the choice of life and death for another person. Their life in your hands, are
you willing the go through a default heart.
